I've bought more tulips.. :) these were such a nice warm orange-red color :) my cat is in the background wondering if she should take a bite or not.. You'll get lots of tulip-photos again now :)

Tulip is the springflower for me.. nothing speaks of returning sunshine and warmth as much as a tulip does :)

I actually don't know the name of this flower/shrub.. I took the picture in Italy in april 2008. The flowers smelled wonderfully :)

The flower from a Phalaenopsis orchid.. I like the dots, and the two yellow antlers in the middle :)

Probably Indian Cress, I can't remember for sure.. :) grown from seeds in the middle of winter.. it didn't bloom though.. but it's beautifully green :)

My tulips have opened a bit more :) and my longing for spring has grown stronger.. I miss the warm sun and the warm smell in the air :)

Magnolia, magnolia, magnolia.. I looooooooove this flower.. There are many different colors and it smells wonderful! :) I wish I might at some point have one of my own.. I'm just not sure if one can get it to bloom in Finland.. This one is photographed in a garden on Gotland, Sweden. (Gotland has a surprisingly mild climate)

Yet another amaryllis, I think this one was called "joker".. smaller than usual but verrrry nice flowers :)

I couldn't wait a couple of weeks.. bought some tulips today :) so this is fresh from the store ;)

A hanging pelargonium, taken on my balcony last summer. I especially like the look of fragility of these pelargoniums.

Amaryllis "Red Lion". I buy a couple of amaryllis every christmas and then I try to get them to flower again, so far I haven't been so lucky.. My mother has got a couple that flowers every year, one that is about 20 years old. I just wait.. :)
